A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at 7-OH Factory in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To see your gift card balance, check its expiration date, and find your gift card code, please visit your account's Gift Cards tab.

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card the same way you would any other product! Simply visit our Gift Cards page and select your desired gift card balance amount.  If you’re part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, all you need to do is enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab or look through your email to find the code.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Alternatively, you can visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code plus the email originally used to purchase the gift card. You’ll see your gift card’s remaining balance there as well.

Do gift cards expire?

Any gift card that you purchase does not expire. Free gift cards claimed from promotions or sales, however, expire within 30 days of claiming.

What is 7-hydroxy?

7-Hydroxy, specifically 7-hydroxymitragynine, is a powerful metabolite of mitragynine, which is the primary active alkaloid found in kratom leaves. It is known for being more potent than mitragynine itself.

Do you offer lab results for your products?

Yes! Every single one of our products is third-party lab tested to ensure safety, accuracy, and purity. You can find lab results under the 'Learn' tab in our menu.

Is 7-hydroxy safe?

7-hydroxy is generally considered safe. However, safety around 7-hydroxy, like other kratom alkaloids, depends on responsible use. High doses or prolonged use may pose risks, including dependence or negative side effects.

What is Mitragynine?

Mitragynine is the main natural alkaloid found in the kratom leaf (Mitragyna speciosa). It’s the primary compound that gives kratom its signature character, and many adults choose mitragynine-based products as part of their personal wellness routines for things like everyday balance, ease, and overall sense of well-being.

Is 7-hydroxy legal?

While kratom and its alkaloids, including 7-hydroxy, are federally legal in the USA, certain states and cities have banned or restricted kratom use. It’s important to check local regulations for specific details.

How does the Botanical Alkaloid Blend compare to 7OH or kratom products?

While 7OH and kratom rely on natural mitragyna alkaloids, Replacement 7OH delivers similar or stronger effects through a custom plant-derived alkaloid blend that interacts with the same key receptor pathways. The result is a familiar sense of comfort and mental clarity—without the legal or regulatory concerns tied to kratom-based products.

Is it safe and legal?

Yes. Our Botanical Alkaloid Complex is 100% legal across the United States and contains no kratom, 7-hydroxymitragynine, or controlled substances. Each batch is lab-tested to ensure purity, potency, and safety, making it a compliant and trustworthy alternative for users seeking the same type of experience as 7OH in a modern, plant-based formula.

How strong Botanical Alkaloid Complex compared to traditional 7OH?

Replacement 7OH delivers a more concentrated effect per milligram than traditional 7OH products. Its Proprietary Botanical Alkaloid Complex was engineered for optimized absorption, meaning you may experience stronger, longer-lasting results even at lower doses. It’s designed to replicate the familiar calm and clarity of 7OH—but with amplified potency and faster onset.

What is the difference between Mitragynine and 7-OH?

Mitragynine and 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) are two natural alkaloids found in the kratom leaf. Mitragynine is the primary alkaloid, present in the highest amounts, while 7-OH occurs in much smaller, naturally trace levels. Many customers think of mitragynine as offering a steadier, more balanced kratom experience, while 7-OH is known for having a sharper, more intense character in products that feature it.

Which is stronger: Mitragynine or 7-OH?

Per milligram, 7-OH is considered more potent than mitragynine, which is why it’s usually found in smaller amounts or in carefully formulated blends. Mitragynine is generally viewed as the foundation alkaloid, while 7-OH is more of a boosting or accent alkaloid in specialty products. Always follow the serving information on the label and choose products that clearly state what they contain.

What are effervescent tablets?

How do you use effervescent tablets?
