  • Orders $99 and over: Free standard shipping (3–5 business days).
  • Orders under $99: Flat-rate shipping of $9.99 (3–5 business days).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, customers should contact the carrier. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages must be reported within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

Restricted Shipping States

Due to state regulations, we do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these states will be canceled and refunded.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping
