I've yet to find my correct/most helpful dose, as I'm *extremely* cautious and conservative when titrating up with any new supplement. For reference, I'm 22+ yrs into Parkinson's (severe and severely painful, rock-hard spasming cramps)and 25+ yrs into chronic spinal pain from arthritis, nerve impingement, spurs, etc; and in the last 25yrs I've been Rx'd over 50 different things to address these issues. I'm having extremely positive results with bulk 7o powder & kratom leaf powder, but on reading a variety of academic research on the *potential* benefits of THCV, decided to audition it as part of my daily supplements. I started at 30mg 1x/day and have been slowly increasing. Now, THCV isn't something a person necessarily *feels* (but YMMV), but in combination with my other supps, I *have* noted an additional reduction of maximum pain intensity, AND a noticeable reduction of the dang dyskinesia events (the jerky, annoying limb movements that long-term use of Parkinson's meds inevitably lead to) and have not experienced ANY negative side effects. So, though I've yet to find the best dose/determine how effective this will be for me personally and long-term, I would recommend this as an addition to others living with chronic pain/neurological issues- as there is a fair bit of academic research showing that thcv *may* offer positive neuroprotective qualities without much in the way of negative side effects. BUT NOTE- this retailer DOES NOT make any medicinal claims of any kind; my experiences are solely my own as an individual who has so far felt some benefits. If you're a geek for research papers as I am, a quick search of 'NIH (national institute of health) and THCV chronic pain Parkinson's' will bring up a number of studies. Good luck my friends!
